Utilize knowledge of information technology principles and practices to take responsibility for the management, operations, delivery, and support of defined IT applications and infrastructure services. Direct and coordinate the efforts of people to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources. Plan, organize, staff, lead, and control an organization to accomplish the goals. Leverage a vendor management framework to manage strategic supplier relationships and supplier performance based on business needs throughout the contract life using specific tools to control costs, drive service excellence, mitigate risks, and gain increased value from the suppliers. Work with business unit customers, regional IT leaders, other service owners, corporate architecture, and outside suppliers to ensure the delivered services meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Plan, manage, or participate in the Operating budget process and determine service component pricing, delivery charges, and forecast of needs. Utilize knowledge of Demand Management to align supply with demand by understanding, anticipating and influencing the customer's demand for services using processes to provision capacity to meet these demands. Ensure the availability of IT services complies with Service Level agreements using the required processes and tools in order to balance customer and budgetary requirements. Champion the use of Six Sigma Methodologies to reduce costs and improve processes. Identify opportunities for service improvements and support their implementation. Ensure ongoing service delivery and meet agreed customer requirements, review service agreements, and monitor and report service delivery metrics including Scorecards, Service Legal Agreement, and Customer Satisfaction or Net Promoter Scoring. Assessment and validation of the proposed solution using requirements traceability through the life cycle of the requirements to determine if they deliver the desired business outcome. Utilize System Change Management to control the life cycle of all system changes through required processes and tools enabling beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption to IT services. Configure external sharing controls of Sharepoint, OneDrive, and Teams utilizing experience with Azure Information Protection.

Experience and Education:

Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) and 4 years of experience as an Architect, Computer Systems or Business Analyst or Consultant, or related position. Experience to include: Vendor Management; IT Supplier Relationships; Service Level Management; Demand Management; Six Sigma Methodologies; Service delivery metrics including Scorecards, Service Legal Agreement, and Customer Satisfaction or Net Promoter Scoring; Solution Assessment and Validation; System Change Management; Azure Information Protection.
