Master Data Management Delivery Director (Offsite)
We are looking for a talented Master Data Management Delivery Director to join our team specializing in Master Data Management Solutions for Cummins Enterprise Wide.This role offers the opportunity to work from your home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead technical execution and delivery of projects for all Master Data Management (MDM) domains (Supplier, Customer, Product)
Accountable for the design and development of enterprise MDM solutions that are secure, scalable, and adheres to Cummins architecture standards
Responsible and accountable for MDM Platforms and Technical Solutions (e.g., Informatica and Siebel UCM)
Initiate and influence relationships with key stakeholders involved in the management and implementation of IT plans
Responsible for people management: a global, high performing team including work plan development, performance management, and people development. Working across a complex highly matrixed environment
Responsible for fostering a high performing, highly accountable team environment while supporting the IT organizational structure, recruiting, global team management initiatives
Governance/Leadership for all program &projects executed or supported by the team
Champions a data centric IT organization, driving competitive advantages through speed, scale and agility
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Project Portfolio Management - Plans, prioritizes, sequences and manages one or more project portfolios utilizing. analysis of portfolio risk and performance (diversification, value assurance assessment, company synergy, alignment, and long-term maintenance) to optimize and prioritize projects and maximize business value.
College, University, or equivalent degree in; Information Technology, Business Administration or related subject required
Experience with agile and/or waterfall methodologies
Experience with Informatica Cloud Business 360 desired or similar type of MDM technology
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $121,900-$170,000
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
