We are looking for a talented QuickServe Online Product Manager to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate/CBS Segment in Columbus IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • The QuickServe Online (QSOL) Product Manager is responsible for new feature launch and current product support management for the largest visited site in Cummins and several integrated applications/processes which support creation and delivery of content. These foundation applications offer cross-business unit aftermarket parts, service and warranty content support to all global customers and channel partners. This role is responsible for defining and realizing the vision, strategy and roadmap while collaborating with critical customer, business and technical stakeholders using Agile practices and tools. Processes managed within this role include Intake of new projects, clearly understanding and documenting business problems, assessing and measuring business value for solutions, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, prioritizing top valued projects, maintaining high customer satisfaction through ticket closures and bug fix delivery and meets business objectives through creative, sustainable and scalable technical/web-based solutions. This role leverages Pragmatic Marketing principles and Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices in the application of lean product management and design thinking principles.

  • Content authority for the Program Backlog. Responsible for identifying Customer needs, prioritizing Features, guiding the work through the Program Kanban and developing the program Vision and Roadmap for an Agile Release Train (ART). Work closely with development, in short, integrated learning cycles, to bring the voice of the customer to the developers and the voice of development to the customer.

  • Work with customers (as well as Product Owners) to continuously understand and communicate their needs and participate in the validation of the proposed solutions; Work with Epic Owners to develop the Lean business case for Epics that affect their Agile Release Train (ART).

  • Applies knowledge on how Strategic Themes influence the strategic direction of a program portfolio; Understand the direction provided by the Portfolio Canvas, Lean Budgets, and Guardrails.

  • Manage the flow of work through the program Kanban and into the program backlog while making sure there are enough Features ready in the backlog at all times.

  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning by presenting the vision along with any relevant upcoming milestones and by participating as Business Owners for the train, with the responsibility of approving PI Objectives and establishing business value.

  • Define Releases and Program Increments; decide when enough value has accrued to warrant a release to the customer.

  • Work with System and Solution Architecture/Engineering to understand Enabler work and assist with decision-making and sequencing of technological infrastructures.

  • Participate in demos, Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshop, and assessment of metrics.

  • Build an effective Product Management/Product Owner team to facilitate efficient and effective development.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Significant business knowledge with knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are highly preferred.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.

  • Outcome-oriented, global mindset s elf-driven, detail oriented and focused on customer persona success

  • Negotiation skills to help with competing requests

  • Willing to learn and action-oriented with a focus on quality

  • Actively seeks collaboration and communicates with stakeholders regardless of positivity of news

  • Strong ability to hold teams accountable for timelines while creatively solving challenges with on-time delivery

  • Ability to effectively communicate highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and effectively communicate market and user requirements to technical stakeholders

  • Knowledge and practical experience with commercial software product lifecycle management and lean startup principles is preferred

  • Experience using Jira and Clarity preferred

  • Ability to multi-task across multiple project deliverables simultaneously

  • Experience within aftermarket parts and service preferred

  • Knowledge and practical experience with IoT-and Cloud-base

  • SAFe® Product Owner/Agile Product Manager (POPM) and SAFe® Agile Product and Solution Management certifications are highly preferred.

  • College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in business or relevant technology-related program is required

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
