This is an exciting opportunity for Senior IT Project Manager - #IN796 inColumbus, Indiana

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Ensure successful Information Technology project completion, including the monitoring of deadlines, resources, and plans.

  • Utilize knowledge in Scope and Schedule Management to track the status of project deliverables, using a Value Package Profile and other scope-defining documents to manage the connections between multiple levels of scope detail in related additional documents, carries out design, development, testing, and implement complex schedules integrating multiple sub-projects.

  • Perform risk assessment, including identification, Electronic data processing and systems analysis, and mitigation of risk through stages of the supply chain for IT projects. Apply knowledge of business process and logistical aspects of information technology and Six Sigma tools and methodologies to develop a cross-functional Resource Management Plan and to identify the proper channels to obtain data to perform risk analysis.

  • Identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks and guidance and coaches other project managers through various stages of the project and serve as Voice of the Customer.

  • Manage complex schedules integrating multiple sub-projects using Agile methodology.

  • Review and approve modifications to project plans utilizing knowledge requirements design, development, testing, and implementation.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • The positions require amaster’s degree in Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Senior Consultant, or related position.

  • Alternatively, the employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Senior Consultant, or related position.

JOB SITE:Columbus, Indiana

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience plus bonus. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
