Provides operational support ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and availability of IT resources for end users under moderate supervision.

Must work collaboratively with others.

Performs IT production support for assigned area(s) according to documented processes.

Diagnose and problem solve issues with IT hardware or software components with direction. May require ability to install, configure, or disposition IT hardware and/or application issues.

Troubleshoots assigned issues per department standards and escalates if unable to resolve.

Uses Incident Management system to manage reported issues or requests submitted by end users and log any actions or support provided.

Provides one-on-one training for less experienced associates on IT support processes and tools.

Assists with additional IT responsibilities as assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Relevant industry training, certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities:

Provides timely detection, identification, and alerts of possible attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities, and distinguish these incidents and events from benign activities Phone intake for initial case support (phone, email, webform) Identifies indications of compromise and performs analysis to define threats Uses provided monitoring tools to detect threats including phishing, malware, data loss, identity theft, and insider threats Gather key data, follow defined processes to perform remediation. Escalate more difficult and complex cybersecurity incidents to the next level. Run reports Follows defined processes to perform remediation and escalation actions for cybersecurity incidents Participates in continuous process improvement and training tasks Performs other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Education:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position will have weekly rotating shifts from Sunday evening through Friday night 24/5 with Saturdays off.
