We are looking for a talented IT Analyst to join our team specializing in System/Information Technology Function for our Corporate Organization in Memphis, TN

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

  • Partner with business functions to define, determine, analyze, document and communicate the objectives, business requirements and priorities for information systems and solutions; works with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the information systems.

  • Assist the business to define and document what constitutes business success for small to medium size initiatives. May work as a part of a team on project definition and documentation for larger initiatives.

  • Elicits, analyzes, and documents non-functional business requirementsConducts requirements management activities, as necessary, ensuring that the impact of changes are well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Assist with or conducts solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs

  • Assist with or reviews test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and participates in testing the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements

  • Develop positive relationships with both the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.

  • Minimal relevant work experience required. 1-3 years of experience

  • Support quality systems and finance systems.

  • Understanding of supply chain and remanufacturing.

  • Support analysis that helps definition and creation of enhancements, new applications, and long-term plans to meet future needs of customers in sites and functions in scope.

  • Collaborate across various functions and the IT organization to model best practices, find solutions, or meet objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
