We are looking for a talented IT Manager Finance & HR Systems to join our team specializing in Information Technology for our Cummins Filtration Business Unit/Components Division Segment in Nashville TN or your remote home office .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Partner with Filtration executives and leaders to create, implement and sustain a strategic IT roadmap and vital systems capabilities for the Finance and Human Resources functions.

  • Lead team building and development efforts for the Finance and HR IT team, including organization structure, recruiting, global team management for a team of approximately 6 people.

  • Implement a new portfolio of HR and Finance systems for the Filtration business.

  • Oversee project execution and production support for Finance and HR IT applications through a managed service provider.

  • Prepare, manage and forecast a departmental IT budget.

  • Serve as a key member of the Filtration IT leadership team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • At least six (6) years of professional experience in IT and/or IT systems management.

  • College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other relevant technical disciplines is required.

  • Builds effective teams - Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

  • Project Resource Management - Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively.

  • Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

  • Prior experience working with HR and / or Finance IT systems is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
